Now, you would have to pay Rs. 1000 for SMS if you are using during driving. Recently, in Delhi for traffic police it has been announced that if anybody using sms during the driving, they have to pay 1000.
Before it there was also prohibited to call during the driving whether it is from hands free or for ear kit now it has been decided that sms is also dangerous during driving. So, now onward if you are in Delhi you have pay Rs 100 if you are using sms during the driving.
